An independently produced teenage delinquency picture which is admirable in its intent but cinematically doesn't amount to much. It's the story of a young tough who goes through life lashing out at whatever opposes him. He soon realizes that emotions must be controlled when a girl he likes
is senselessly murdered. With this tragedy, the ruffian becomes an adult, and learns to deal with life in a civilized manner. The film's message may be a bit heavyhanded, but some gutsy performances make it easier to swallow.
