A pleasant, harmless film, THE STORY OF SEABISCUIT brings to the screen the legendary horse in a fictionalized account. Shirley Temple plays Margaret O'Hara, the Irish niece of trainer Shawn O'Hara (Barry Fitzgerald), who roots her uncle's champion horse to victory and finds spare time to romance jockey Ted Knowles (Lon McCallister).
