An uninspired, old-fashioned rehash of the classic Dumas tale casts Jourdan in the title role. Wrongly imprisoned for aiding Napoleon in a return from Elba, Jourdan sets out to find the men who put him away. Although nice to look at, the film bears little resemblance to the original and falls victim to a poor dubbing job. leave a comment
