Stingray

This mildly appealing movie has Mitchum and Lannom buying a 1962 Corvette, then discovering that the trunk is full of cash and heroin that gangsters, led by Jackson, are quite anxious to get back. All the care chases and violence provide decent action, but whenever Mitchum and Lannom open their mouths, the movie stops dead in its tracks. Only Jackson, a foulmouthed, two-fisted broad, is very interesting, and she's not seen nearly enough.
