The Steel Jungle: Review
Mob bookie Lopez chooses jail over informing on his syndicate ties, or remaining with his expectant wife Garland. He conducts business as usual from his cell, but eventually learns that his wife's loyalties are stronger than the mob's. Both Lopez and Garland were applauded as fresh faces deserving a crack at stardom when the film was released. Little else could be found, then or now, to be said for it.
