A partial-talkie delves into the underworld with Nagel as the honest brother of a dead gangster, who happens to be his twin. To avenge his brother's death, he sets his sights on a gang boss known only as "The Chief," (no one seems to know his identity), dealing through Russell, the boss' mouthpiece. A blazing gun battle reveals that Russell is, in fact, "The Chief," outwitted by Nagel's trickery and police pursuit. leave a comment
