An uninspired espionage picture set against the backdrop of northern China. Lundigan is a consul from the US Foreign Service held captive when Mongolian rebels, led by Loo, capture the small village where Lundigan lives. Loo tries to make a deal with the Chinese government and US authorities, but in the end he dies in an explosion that also kills the heroic Lundigan. leave a comment
