Reynolds is a showgirl with her heart set on wedding a millionaire, but when she kisses Ford she gives up those illusions and gets married. Ford is a US Air Force sergeant without much in his pocket who, luckily, wins a car worth $40,000. After a few hours, the newlyweds pack up and head for Spain where Reynolds puts her mate through a test.
