An American Legion convention serves as the backdrop for a rather drab story starring Hall as the commander of the Legion who has a murder planted on him by Warwick. Warwick wants to use the Legion to back his resistance to the arms control bill as he just happens to work in the armament business. This gives other Legionnaires the chance to be heroic and get their fellow member out of trouble. leave a comment
