Confusing plot has Andrews unknowingly becoming a spy for the Russians when a small camera is implanted in his eye during an operation. But, even as the head of US intelligence operations he knows as little as the Russians about the secret in question, a death ray that has been developed by a noted scientist, now dead. The secret is implanted in the scientist's daughter's skull (something the girl and the spies are unaware of), and an agent, Halsey, is sent to tail her. While the Russians and Americans are busy trying to discover secrets, Halsey and the girl steal away to devote their time to romance. Though the picture is effectively mounted and some interesting concepts are developed, it becomes confusing and the performances are for the most part unispired. leave a comment
