Two lovers' stories, one in 1911 and the other in 1946, are connected by a valuable brooch. In both instances Graves plays the leading male character while Raye is the female partner, playing a mother and her daughter. The younger couple learn of the previous affair after Graves attempts to romance Raye and is forced to stay away by her father. leave a comment
