Another worthless sex comedy, SPRING BREAK has four college guys tossed into a hotel room together while trying to find romance on the beach. In what passes for a plot, Nelson (David Knell) attempts to elude his stepfather, Ernest Dalby (Donald Symington), a wealthy political candidate who
wants his son's support. Dalby sends his henchmen to Ft. Lauderdale to track down Nelson. Otherwise it's just an average beach movie complete with a token centerfold, 1982 Penthouse Playmate of the Year Corinne Alphen, and a second-rate rock 'n' roll soundtrack. Directed by Sean Cunningham of
FRIDAY THE 13TH fame.
