Once again the Bowery Boys find themselves in a haunted house, this one owned by local cafe owner Helton, who buys a dilapidated farmhouse, sight unseen, in which to relax. Of course everyone is disappointed when they see the condition of the place, but it really doesn't matter because Hall and the gang find a small cash fortune stashed inside. Shady realtor Henry becomes suspicious when the boys pay off the mortgage with a big wad of cash, and he decides he wants his property back. Local hoods also take an interest, and soon all converge on the farmhouse. The boys, meanwhile, are fighting off some unfriendly ghosts, but the spooks turn out to be Henry and his equally evil secretary Fields, who are trying to scare the gang off the property. In the end all the crooks get turned over to the cops. leave a comment
