Well-constructed Navy film brought James Dunn back to the fold after a time away from films. Dunn plays a Navy man with marriage far from his mind. A little orphan boy spots him and decides Dunn will be his father, no matter what. Dunn first tries to shake the kid then eventually learns to
love him and adopts him as his son. Parker comes on the scene to provide some romance and finally to make the family one happy unit. The story was done on radio by the Silver Theatre and written by True Boardman and Grover Jones.
