A combination of footage--old, new, borrowed, and simply bad--this poorly constructed melodrama has Burke and Lewis in about 40 minutes of newly shot beach scenes. Lewis tells Burke about a plan to kill an adulterous neighbor, when Burke relates a story to him in an effort to keep the
