Only in the minds of Hollywood screenwriters could this implausible plot turn up. Foster is hired by the US Treasury Department to crack a smuggling ring headed by King, who uses a luggage shop as a front. He concocts a hare-brained scheme to send five winners of a slogan contest overseas and fill their luggage with valuable gems. Foster ends up as one of the five and smashes the ring. leave a comment
