An excellently animated Soviet version of Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale about two youngsters in search of a friend held captive in the palace of the evil Snow Queen. For its release in America, the feature was dubbed with English voices and shown with a six-minute live-action prologue featuring Linkletter and some enthusiastic children. leave a comment
