Pre-WW II spy drama in which FBI agent Bellamy thwarts Kingsford's plan to steal government military equipment plans. Along the way he meets and falls in love with Wray, whose G-man brother is killed by the enemy. Bellamy tries to infiltrate headquarters by faking amnesia, posing as a famous scientist who developed a poison-gas formula, and having himself committed to the hospital that the spies are using as a front. Material rarely rises above mediocrity. leave a comment
