A sprightly sequel to THREE SMART GIRLS (1937), this picture became one of the year's top-grossing films and netted Durbin one of her biggest hits, "Because." Again she can't keep herself from meddling in the love lives of her siblings and steps in when both her sisters fall for the same
fella. Of course, she works out all the kinks by turning on her girlish charm. Grey is along again as one of the sisters, but Parrish has replaced Barbara Read in the role of the third sister.
