Venice, California has one more far-out citizen, a creature whose birth is a result of nuclear pollution. Only this citizen isn't quite as harmless or friendly as the usual street people. It's a monster born out of the redioactive sludge at the bottom of the canals, and it terrorizes various hippies and winos its destroyed. Below-average sci-fi.
