Skullduggery

This early Reynolds outing is a pretty good camp comedy, though that certainly wasn't the aim of the producers. In a plot right out of Johnny Weissmuller's "Jungle Jim" series, Reynolds is an adventurer in New Guinea. Accompanied by archeologist Clark, he accidentally stumbles on a tribe of missing link-type humanoids (played by a bunch of Indonesian college kids) headed by Suzuki. Hubschmid, an evil Dutch scientist, wants to breed these creatures and sell them as slaves. Reynolds tries to put a stop to these dastardly plans, and they all wind up in court pushing their different theories about exactly what the creatures are. The film tries hard to come off as socia...
