Garfield, a down-on-his-luck agent with a bookie hot on his tail, needs big money fast. Luckily, he knows a group of skateboarding kids ripe for professional status, whom he organizes into a team and enters in a downhill race with a $20,000 prize. The size of the purse is farfetched, as is the presence of a gangster, Carbone, who tries to get Garfield to throw the big event. Flash-in-the-pan teen idol Garrett plays the heroic skater who saves the day in this independent quickie made during a 70s skateboarding craze.
