Sister Act 2: Back In The Habit

A hastily assembled follow-up to the surprise smash hit of summer 1992, SISTER ACT 2 is a slapdash affair, with paper-thin plotting and characters more or less redeemed by some winning musical sequences. Whoopi Goldberg reprises her role as Deloris Van Cartier, a sequin-clad Las Vegas entertainer who, in the original SISTER ACT, hid out in a conservative convent to escape some vengeful gangster associates.
