Designed specifically for Lahr's talents, this awkward comedy features the talented clown as a carefree songwriter whose world turns upside down when he inherits $3,000,000. Some gangsters want the loot, which causes Lahr nothing but woe. Somewhere in the mess, Ebsen gets a chance to show his dance talents. The comedy runs roughshod over everything else though, never giving the other performers a chance to show their real talents. The film proved to be a money loser for the studio, with a $255,000 loss charted. Songs include: "It Just Happened to Happen," "Sally, My Dear Sally," "Sing Your Worries Away," "Cindy Lou McWilliams," and "How Do You Fall in Love?" leave a comment
