Designed specifically for Lahr's talents, this awkward comedy features the talented clown as a carefree songwriter whose world turns upside down when he inherits $3,000,000. Some gangsters want the loot, which causes Lahr nothing but woe. Somewhere in the mess, Ebsen gets a chance to show
