A lothario (Taylor) comes to a small college town in hopes of seducing various coeds. He poses as an older and quite distinguished English psychologist and does nicely for himself. However, his plans are destroyed when the real psychologist turns up, but all ends well when Taylor
reforms. Grafted onto this minor fluff are a number of country radio singers who were popular at the time, each crooning his respective hillbilly tunes. It was made by the studio with country audiences in mind.
