Silk Hat Kid: Review

Harrigan runs a settlement house for wayward youths which accepts some money from a shady nightclub dealer (Ayres). Ayres is out to impress Clarke, a teacher who works with the house. Problems arise when Ayres' bodyguard also falls for Clark in this hokey programmer. Though the direction is typical for a feature like this, the script is full of unbelievable situations and dialog that drowns the cast. leave a comment
