Harvey stars in the true-life exploits of a British frogman who won a British George Medal for his wartime activities. During WW II Harvey is a Royal Navy bomb-disposal officer who takes on both the Italian menace and the red tape of Navy bureaucracy. Slipping away from his commander, Harvey, along with Craig, discovers an Italian base operating out of Spain.
