Sam J. Jones stars as LA cop Sam Kettle, seeking revenge for the deaths of his partners who were killed during a stakeout ambushed by Kendrick, an ex-CIA agent (Gustav Vintas). Kettle steps into action when Kendrick strikes again, this time by kidnaping a research scientist (Bill Erwin) who holds half the formula for a deadly new biological weapon.
