Despite some occasional flashes of inspiration, this is yet another B movie with bloated production values. Instantly tagged as "DIE HARD on a battleship," UNDER SIEGE gives us Steven Seagal as Casey Ryback, a former Navy SEAL who, because of his resistance to the US invasion of Panama, has been demoted to the post of cook on the USS Missouri.
