A vigilante group called the "New Order" goes to a gay bar called The Crypt. After the group wreaks havoc, Despres escapes to Nardini's apartment. After killing several Crypt patrons, the group tries to take over the building. Set during a Nova Scotia police strike, the film is reminiscent of ASSAULT ON PRECINCT 13, though it is not quite as effectrive. Though the opening is slow, once SIEGE gets going, it never stops. Frighteningly effective. leave a comment
