Simplistic comedy features Keaton as a wealthy apartment building owner. Though a rich playboy, Keaton falls for one of his tenement residents, played by Page. Keaton, a silent genius, muddles through this early talkie with little success. The story was cooked up by no less than four writers; the two directors had previously done short canine comedies.
