This was the second in the Inspector Clouseau series starring Peter Sellers (The Pink Panther was the first), and it's quite possibly the funniest. Elke Sommer stars as a chambermaid accused of having murdered her boyfriend, and Sellers is mistakenly assigned to the case. Question: I recently saw the trailer for The Pink Panther, and it wasn't what I expected. I thought I'd be seeing a CGI version of the Pink Panther, but instead I got Steve Martin making a fool of himself.
