Scott plays a Civil War vet from the Union Army. His clothes are stolen, along with those of some friends, so they don garb given to them by some friendly Quakers. The clothing comes in handy when Scott's brother and his troops are killed in an Indian attack and Scott must go undercover to find out who sold the dead man faulty ammunition.
