The first feel-good movie for anyone who's ever secretly fantasized about yuppies meeting awful fates. Michael Caine is an aging ad exec who is not only passed over for a promotion, his arch nemesis (Peter Riegert) is now his new boss. He gets his revenge, and it's not pretty. Fine ensemble performances — Swoosie Kurtz is especially good as Caine's gold-digging wife — and a pitch-black sense of humor make for a hearty dose of mean-spirited fun.
