Shock

A British officer in WW I marries a young girl. He's unexpectedly called back to the front. Later, on a voluntary mission, the officer, Forbes, is shell-shocked. He finally returns home to discover that he is the father of a grown son. Fairly routine melodrama competently told but with nothing in it that's fresh, original or exciting. It's the same old war story in a new package. Acting and technical aspects are okay for this minor B film.
