A film adaptation of the the life of Broadway vaudevillian Nora Bayes, played by Sheridan, who becomes business partner and eventually marriage partner to Jack Norworth (Morgan). The story veers a bit far from actual fact, but things had to be spiced up a bit to make the story
entertaining. Most of the action takes place backstage, occurring between 1905 and 1910. The most memorable routine is a comedy bit called "So Dumb but So Beautiful" (M.K. Jerome, Kim Gannon). The last 10 minutes served as a sort of grand finale, with chorus girls and the whole shot. In the
