Simmons and Mitchum found themselves together again after their successful outing in ANGEL FACE. However, they are sorely out of place in this offbeat comedy that features Simmons as a wealthy woman who decides to lend a hand to the people of Progress, Arkansas, helped to raise the money for a much-needed operation when she was a girl. She now wishes to show her gratitude by bestowing monetary gifts upon the townspeople.
