A young woman (Elizabeth Trosper) stands by helplessly as all of her girl friends are being murdered. The case is being investigated by an overly enthusiastic cop (William J. Kulzer) who zeroes in on Jimmy Scott (Kevin Costner) as his chief suspect. Not only is this film repugnant in its exploitation of women, it's hopelessly inept in nearly every other department.
