A slightly unrealistic story line hinders this drama that deals with a bride's terror. King is a young woman who blissfully weds a doctor after a whirlwind romance. As time goes by, she slowly realizes that he murders people through his questionable medical practices. Of particular concern is his son, who may be slowly starving to death as a result of the doctor's deeds. If the child dies, the doctor will receive a substantial amount of money.
