Hutton and Allenby play two convicted safecrackers who are released to the custody of Naval Intelligence following the attack on Pearl Harbor so that they can steal top-secret Japanese documents stored in the Japanese embassy in Lisbon. Once in Lisbon, the pair discovers that the papers are worth $1 million.
