A young man finds out about some gems and, with his shady attorney, sets out to claim the inheritance. There's just one catch: the gems are sewn into the lining of one of six missing antique chairs. This entertaining romp was adapted from a popular Russian play. The story was the subject of many film treatments, most notably Mel Brooks' THE TWELVE CHAIRS. Songs include the title tune and "When I'm Cleaning Windows." leave a comment
