Sealed Cargo

When a damaged vessel is found floating off the coast of Newfoundland, fisherman Andrews thinks he is doing the honorable thing by towing the boat ashore so it can be repaired. But he catches a glimpse of the cargo the ship is carrying, namely torpedos and other war materials, and correctly supposes the boat is actually a supplier for Nazi U-boats hiding off the coast. It then becomes Andrews' duty to design a method of sinking the boat without destroying the entire fishing village.
