A waterlogged attempt to bring the glory of the Coast Guard to the screen, this film turns out to be nothing more than an average "good guys show the bad guys who's boss" picture. Heyburn is the supposedly tough seaman who saves Madden from the murderous clutches of a gang that terrorizes a floating nightclub. leave a comment
