Adventure on the high seas has the crew aboard a ship involved in illegal smuggling activities throwing the captain and his officers, except for the navigator, overboard. The one remaining officer then undertakes to steer the ship to safety, but threatens not to in order to keep the mutinous crew in check and away from the young woman who had earlier been rescued from a wrecked ship. Originally released as a silent, sound was added a couple of months later to try to stimulate the box office. leave a comment
