Released from an insane asylum where he was placed after killing his father with a tractor, a young man with a hook for one of his hands takes up where he left off before his incarceration. First he kills his mother and stepfather, then he terrorizes the small town he left behind, leaving
a string of corpses in his path. This substandard horror film suffers from a lack of money and imagination.
