SCAVENGERS casts Kenneth David Gilman as Tom Reed, an American ornithologist with a passion for vultures; reporter Brenda Bakke is Kimberly, his former girl friend and next-door neighbor. A priest pursued by a KGB agent stuffs into Reed's mailbox evidence linking the CIA and the KGB in dope smuggling.
