Say Hello To Yesterday: Review
Shoddy production in many respects, including scripting and direction, make this overly contrived story about the affair between middle-aged housewife Simmons and rowdy youth Whiting almost totally worthless. During her afternoon shopping spree in London, Simmons is harassed to an excessive degree by a very obnoxious Whiting. She responds to his strange type of mating call by going to bed with him. What could have been a thought-provoking study of the sexual desires and uncertainties confronted by an aging woman, as well as a budding youth, is handled in a
blase
and trite manner.
