In this picture, which extols violence for the sake of violence, a gang of motorcycle desert rats led by Tamblyn causes terror and a string of murders as they ride through the Southwest. They destroy Taylor's truck stop and kill him, as well as several customers, after Taylor makes a remark about Tamblyn's girlfriend, Carrol. One of the customers, Kent, a Vietnam Vet, survives long enough to escape into the desert with waitress Stewart, where he uses Army tactics to stop the killers. These include submerging one gang member's head in a toilet and throwing a rattlesnake around another's neck. Carrol, drives her cycle off a cliff after Tamblyn dumps her. In the end t...
