Shot in Havana, Cuba, most of the action takes place inside the local nightclubs, with sailor Wonder going AWOL, setting the stage for the time-worn plot of "boy meets girl." Only this time Whalen also has an interest in the girl, Dowling, which serves only to delay the happy ending a little longer. Added feature has Wonder and Dowling performing the title song, combining portions of samba and rhumba for one hot little number. leave a comment
